How do I make a reservation?
Choose an island destination (Oahu, Maui, Kauai, or Big Island), select a specific island harbor where the ceremony will take place and the number of guests in your party and complete your booking.
I have had the cremated remains for some time…. what can I do now?
It is very common for people to keep the cremated remains of a loved one at home for some time, sometimes years, before feeling the need to make a decision about their final placement. This is no problem at all.
Are services available on weekends? What are your hours of operation?
Yes, weekends are usually the most convenient times for most Hawaii residents to come together for a burial at sea ceremony. We offer Hawaii ash scatterings daily and year round. Would our family & guests be the only ones on the ash scattering vessel?
Yes, the vessel is exclusively yours for the duration of your ash scattering at sea memorial service.
Can I revisit the site where a loved one was scattered in the past?
Yes, you can. You will be provided with the GPS coordinates of the Hawaii ash scattering, so if you would like to revisit this location, we can take you back to the exact location. Even without the GPS coordinates we can still take you back to the approximate location.
What about bringing flowers to the ash scattering ceremony?
It is a Hawaiian tradition to disperse flower petals with your loved ones ashes. The colorful flower petals serve as a marker to the dispersal location as we slowly circle the site and pay our last respects.
