Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable $200 deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your event. Contact us by phone to inquire about rescheduling due to special circumstances. Weather, wind and sea conditions affecting the safety and comfort of clients will be evaluated by our staff prior to a cruise. We will communicate with families when forecasts call for dangerous conditions and endeavor to give families as much lead time as possible if postponement and/or cancellation becomes necessary.

In 30 years of operating in Hawaii the very few cancellations that have occurred were due to gale winds, extreme surf that closed our channels, and the once/year thunderstorm with lightning over the ocean.
